How to Apply
- Remove all loose debris from the turf surface (leaves, pet waste, toys). A leaf blower or stiff broom works best.
- Pre-rinse the treatment area with a garden hose to dampen the turf and infill. Do not saturate — light moisture helps absorption.
- Attach the Bio-Guard+ bottle to your hose-end sprayer (included with gallon size) or pour into a pump sprayer for the 32 oz bottle.
- Apply evenly across the entire turf surface at approximately 1 oz per 10 sq ft. Walk in overlapping rows for full coverage.
- Allow the product to sit for 15–20 minutes. Do not rinse. The enzymes need contact time to break down bacteria at the infill level.
- Keep pets and children off the treated area for 30 minutes until fully dry. Once dry, the surface is completely safe.
Pro Tip: Apply in the early morning or late evening to avoid rapid evaporation. For best results, apply every 2 weeks in summer and monthly in cooler months.

How to Apply
- Pick up all solid pet waste from the turf. For urine spots, identify the areas your pet uses most frequently (these are your priority zones).
- Rinse the priority zones with a garden hose for 30–60 seconds per area to flush surface-level urine from the infill.
- Shake the Pet-Guard+ bottle well before use. Attach to hose-end sprayer or pour into pump sprayer.
- Apply generously to pet relief areas first, then apply a lighter coat across the remaining turf. Use approximately 2 oz per 10 sq ft on priority zones.
- Allow the product to penetrate for 20–30 minutes. The enzyme formula breaks down urine proteins and ammonia compounds within the infill layer.
- No rinsing required. Allow to air dry completely (approximately 30–45 minutes depending on temperature). Safe for pets once dry.
