1. Acceptance of Terms
– Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
– Subscription plans may be paid monthly, bi-annually, or annually, as specified at signup.
– Late payments may result in service delays or cancellations.
– By signing up for a recurring plan, you authorize Artificial Turf Maintenance LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as agreed.
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
– You may cancel at any time by emailing info@artificialturfmaintenance.com.
– A cancellation fee of 5% of the remaining contract balance will apply if canceling prior to the end of the agreed term.
– You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the turf area on scheduled service days.
– If access is not available and the service cannot be completed, a return trip fee may apply.
– We do not assume responsibility for issues related to the original turf installation, improper drainage, or defects in materials not installed by us.
– Repairs outside the scope of maintenance may incur additional charges.
– While we use industry best practices, we are not liable for incidental damage caused by pre-existing turf conditions or environmental factors.
– Artificial Turf Maintenance LLC is fully insured for liability and workers’ compensation.
– Notifying us of any special concerns or fragile areas
– Keeping pets and children away from work areas during service
– Securing valuables or breakables near turf areas
